40min power class This high-intensity Pilates class is not for the faint-hearted. Expect heavier weights, shorter reps, and challenging sets designed to build strength and deliver a serious burn.
Power classes are best suited to experienced clients. We recommend new clients begin with one of our foundational classes to ensure an enjoyable and safe first experience.
POWER REFORMER
Short, sweet, and still seriously spicy. These 30-minute Reformer Pilates classes deliver an efficient, full-body workout designed to fit seamlessly into your day.
Express Reformer classes are beginner-friendly and a great option for those new to Pilates, while still offering a satisfying burn for experienced clients.
